Easy Convenient Drop Off Pick Up & Child Day Care

The ministry of Antelope Christian Academy Preschool was established to provide an
educational experience in a warm and friendly atmosphere for children 24 months to 5
years of age. Recognizing the importance for balanced growth, our staff will provide
many opportunities for the social, mental, physical and spiritual development of the child.

The Preschool was established as a service to the families and children of the community.
This service has grown from a sincere love for the children and a desire to help children
adapt and succeed in our modern world.

The Preschool is licensed by the California Department of Social Services and comes
under their authority. We are members of the Association of Christian Schools
International (ACSI).

ACADEMY STUDENTS HIGH TEST SCORES

ACA students are off the charts in reading, language and spelling!

All three subjects students scores in the Stanford Achievement Testing (SAT) showed ranking above national and state standards:

Language 2 – 5 years above state & national standards
Spelling 2 – 3 years above state & national standard

Reading 2 – 3 years above state & national standard

Every student is unique and their learning styles are as different as each child. Since 1973 education has been a personal passion. At Antelope Christian Academy I have had a vision to develop a specialize program that would focus upon individualized academic lessons for every student. This week we were able to launch that vision through the LEARNING CENTER. I am thrilled to sere each student have a specialized academic plan for personal achievement and enrichment. And I want to personally thank the administration and faculty for helping create our new LEARNING CENTER.

Ed and Linda have been active at ACC for many years. During the 9 AM service they are responsible for overseeing the media department. And on Wednesday evening they share in leading a vibrant bible study. During the one hour small group meeting their is Worship, Fellowship and the Word. I salute Ed & Linda for their faithful and inspiring leadership.

MIRACLE – The Healing of Two Men Filled with Darkness
When he arrived at the other side in the region of the Gadarenes, a two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs met him. They were so violent that no one could pass that way. “What do you want with us, Son of God?” they shouted. “Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?” Some distance from them a large herd of pigs was feeding. The demons begged Jesus, “If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs.”

He said to them, “Go!” So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water. Those tending the pigs ran off, went into the town and reported all this, including what had happened to the demon-possessed men. Then the whole town went out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they pleaded with him to leave their region. Matthew 8

POINT TO PONDER
From darkness come violence and fear. Two men filled with darkness had created so havoc in this city that people had actually living in great fear. Their normal path of travel had changed because of the the darkness in their city.

Then one day, Jesus, came across their pathway. And when darkness met the power of light, darkness lost! This story reminds us that there is NO power on earth or hell that can not be overcome by Jesus.

PRAYER
Lord Jesus, our city has strongholds of darkness and there is fear and violence in our city.
Lord Jesus, I ask that you remove the darkness, set the captive free.
Lord Jesus, I ask that you specifically overcome the darkness that has stronghold in young people.
Lord, break into the gangs that bring murder, violence and fear into our city and heal their hearts.

MIRACLE – Jesus Calms the Storm
Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Lord, save us! We’re going to drown!”

He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!”

POINT TO PONDER
Much in your life you are able to control. You even change channels with your “remote control”. If someone is driving too slow, you change lanes. If the cashier at the check out stand is too slow, you change lanes. People change jobs, houses and automobiles. You even control the temperature in your home and car with a thermostat.

But, life has storms which you have no control over. And those storms can even threaten to drown you. It is in those very moments, you are reminded of the miracle working power of God. Jesus “got up and rebuked the winds”. There is power over the storms. And God is able to to speak peace and calmness to the winds and waves of turmoil in our lives.

PRAYER
Lord Jesus, forgive me in my frail attempt to control every situation in my life.
Lord, I release to you control of my life and my most difficult situation.
Lord Jesus, I ask in your name that you bring peace and calmness to the storms.

MIRACLE – Jesus Heals the Sick in the Evening
When the sun was setting, the people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness, and laying his hands on each one, he healed them. Moreover, demons came out of many people, shouting, “You are the Son of God!” But he rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew he was the Christ.
Luke 4

POINT TO PONDER
Prayer is powerful. Through prayer lives are changed and bodies are healed. One of God’s great gifts is to have friends who pray for you. Recently, a good friend wrote early in the morning with a burden to pray for me. He walked three miles to come to my office. When I invited him into my office, he fell on his knee and weeping he began to pray for me. Dear friends it is a marvelous gift from God to have such a friend.

But, my point for you to ponder today is, are you that kind of friend?

PRAYER
Lord Jesus, help me become a pray warrior for my friends.
Lord, I may not know the suffering or sickness of my friends, but I left them up to you.
Asking, Lord, touch my friend, bring healing in their lives.
Lord Jesus, today, I want to bring my friends to Jesus, that you might touch them.
